Swetha Bhat is an Ayurvedic Life-style Consultant and Certified International Health Coach (AADP), with over a decade of experience in Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Holistic Nutrition, and Preventive Health. She is a Vedic Counselor in training, with ongoing studies in Medical Astrology, expanding her ability to support clients across the emotional, energetic, and karmic dimensions of well-being.
Rooted in traditional Vedic lineage and shaped by extensive hands-on practice, her work integrates classical Ayurvedic wisdom with practical, modern guidance to address health at its root. Her approach is guided by lived experience, a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence, and a special interest in preventive health, Ayurvedic nutrition, seasonal living, and integrative wellness.
After personally navigating autoimmune and mental health challenges following her relocation to the United States, Swetha brings a deeply informed, compassionate, and grounded perspective to healing. Through NourishOjas, she focuses on restoring balance, building resilience, and supporting long-term vitality through the intentional cultivation of Ojas.
