Swetha Bhat is an Ayurvedic Nutrition & Integrative Lifestyle Consultant and Internationally Certified Health Coach (AADP), drawing on years of study, personal healing, and hands-on practice in Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Holistic Nutrition, and Preventive Health. She is also a Vedic Counselor in training, with ongoing studies in Medical Astrology, expanding her ability to support clients across the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of well-being.
